One Year Limited Warranty

Effective February 3, 2021.

If one of our products fails within one year from the date your purchase the product due to a defect in material or workmanship, CoolMitt will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.

This limited warranty excludes:

Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller.
Damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accident, or transport;
Units repaired by an unauthorized entity;
Units not used in accordance with our care instructions;
Damage in excess of the cost of the product;
Units used outside of the United States;
Damage resulting from abnormal storage and/or conditions on your premises; and
Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
