30 Day, No Questions Asked Return Policy

  • Free return shipping for domestic US customers.
  • International customers are required to pay for return shipping and any associated duties and tariffs.
  • CoolMitt technology has been proven to improve athletic performance when used properly. However, if you need to return your device, our CoolCare team is at your service.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our CoolCare team via email at support@coolmitt.com or use this form.
  • You must include your order number with any correspondence so that we can identify your order details. If you cannot find your order number from your email purchase confirmation and/or the packing slip included in the shipper box.
  • You must include your order number in the box when you ship back the product so we know it came from you.
  • Only items purchased directly from CoolMitt can be returned.
  • We will not charge you a restocking fee.
  • Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Please take care to protect the product when returning (bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.). If product is returned showing signs of wear, neglect or being soiled in any way it will be deemed “unacceptable”, and you will be notified as such.
  • You are responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
